Being LGBT is not a lifestyle or a choice, and I do still have to say that I still believe it is discrimination. I never chose to be this way, even though my family seems to think I'm pansexual because I want attention or something. Far from the truth. There are times when I can't even tell people that I'm pansexual because of safety issues. Now, I'm very proud to be queer, but I never had a choice about how I feel, only what I do and think because of it. I could either pretend I'm something that I am not and end up hating my life or I could embrace myself for who I am. You may not believe me or agree with me, but I just wanted to let you know that's how I feel and how many people in the LGBT community feel. I'm not trying to insult or offend you. This is just my perspective.
I respect your right to your opinion and how you want to run your group. Nobody has ever complained about having LGBT characters on Disney Heroines, but I have received complaints before from people who don't agree with how I run my group on other issues and won't stop talking about on and on, and it is really frustrating when someone you don't know tries to boss you around. So I will not bother you about it because it's not right for me to harass you. I've heard worse from people, and if I just yelled at everyone who doesn't support the LGBT community . . . well, I guess I would be yelling all the time.
Good luck with your group, and have fun with your dreams in Disney!
